The heart of the school is spearheaded by this man.
Some might call him a "Multipotentialite" a term used to describe someone with multi intellectual curiosities, knowledge and talents.
He can always be found knee-deep balancing about ten tasks simultaneously.

She is passionate, wise and caring and her name is carved in the hearts of all students.
A mentor to all, she is known for her calmness. Her legacy lives in each student that she touches with her stories. She can always be found strolling in and out of classrooms connecting with teachers and student.
DEPUTY HEAD OF SCHOOL
& IB COORDINATOR
Headship of Delano Academy, he drives the vision of IB program. A self-proclaimed "Polymath," he has extraordinarily broad and comprehensive knowledge. Often found in deep conversations with everyone about the most unusual topics, his footprint can always be found in every corner of the school. He is a fixer, a doer and a multitasker.
DIRECTOR OF FRENCH STUDIES
A "Francophile", she is feverishly passionate about anything French. She has sprinkled her passion for French food, music, decor, and celebrations across Delano Academy. French culture is alive as students explore and tour Mlle Alliman's love of France. Our annual French events are the most anticipated and celebrated in our school, with 100% of the students captivated and invested.
DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
Passionate about Private School education and Delano culture,
Mr Maxwell has dedicated his life, teaching and administrative career to the private school sector. First, as a boarder and Old Boy alumni at Lakefield College, to faculty at Selwyn House in Montreal. His entire family has been immersed in the private school community across Canada. Mr Maxwell brings his knowledge and impressive experience to Delano Academy embarking on the role of Director of Admissions.

Coach: a title that can be a noun and a verb and he wouldn't have it any other way.
Behind every young athlete who believed, is a coach who believed first. He challenges, inspires, and impacts all students to reach their fullest potential on and off the field and court.
